Ripe Pu-erh Tea

Pu-erh tea is a traditional tea that undergoes a fermentation process. Originating from Yunnan, China this tea undergoes a gentle aging fermentation process transforming the leaves into a dark, pungent, and earthy tea. 

The tea notes include rich earth, dark cocoa and aged wood with a hint of soft sweetness. Its texture is full and silky, making it a favorite for slow mornings or cool evenings. Traditionally appreciated for its flavor and digestive comfort, ripe Pu-erh is a tea to savor unhurriedly. 

Instructions: 1-2g per cup (212F / 100C) quickly rinse tea leaves (5-10sec) and discard water before steeping. 4-5 steep transfusions.
