Alishan High Mountain Oolong

High Mountain Oolong Tea is a prized Taiwanese tea grown in the misty elevations of the Alishan mountain range, between 1,000 - 1,600 meters above sea level. Cool temperatures, frequent fog, and rich mineral-dense soil slow the growth of the tea plants, allowing the leaves to develop exceptional depth, sweetness, and aroma. 

Oolong is light to medium oxidation, producing a clear golden tea with naturally smooth and clean taste. The flavor is elegantly grassy with notes of orchid, buttered greens, and a gentle cleansing. 

Alishan oolong is known for its calming - yet clean character, refreshing and quietly complex. Best steeped Gongfu style with each infusion revealing subtle shift in aroma and flavor, reflecting the high-mountain terroir and careful craftmanship that define some of Taiwan's most celebrated teas.
